Is the product built yet?
No. What you can open today is a clickable prototype with sample data from a fictional company. It shows every module and the main workflows. The production build starts with founding partners, and the pilot scope is agreed with each of them.
Will CompESG file on the Government portal for us?
No, by design. CompESG pulls obligations and forms from the portal, prepares and validates your data, and produces a data pack. Your authorised people file on the portal and record the receipt. The one automated exception is OCEMS, where you can choose periodic sharing with CPCB or SPCB instead of manual export.
Which signature does a filing need?
That is your company's choice for the internal approval of a pack: none, internal approval, DSC, Aadhaar eSign, or both. The statutory signature on the portal is applied by your user on the portal, under the portal's rules.
What if the portal or the CSR rule changes?
Portal addresses, endpoint maps and the CSR rate are settings held by the platform Super Admin, with effective dates and version history. A rate change never recalculates closed years.
Who can see our documents in the assistant?
Only the audiences you tag per document. Untagged documents are internal-only. Government and public exposure needs a second approver. Officials and auditors sign in with temporary logins that your company admin authorises and that expire on a fixed date.
Where will data be hosted?
The plan is an Indian Azure region, with encryption at rest and in transit, and role-based access down to the facility. Specific certifications and the data-residency terms will be confirmed in the founding partner agreement.
Does the Government portal endorse CompESG?
No. CompESG is an independent product designed to work with State ESG portals. Integration depends on access each State gives, which we pursue with partners.
